Accepting The Role | ‘for this cause came I unto this hour’ | Video

Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour. Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again. John 12:27-28

Faithful To The Calling

Pastor Kim L. Page

… You have to remain faithful to accomplish what He has created and made us for. It’s the revelation that He’s given to us to accomplish what He wants to do in and through us – the same as Jesus’ ministry. God preserved Him because God had created Him to accomplish and fulfill what He must do at Calvary. Each of us are created and made through the new birth for God to accomplish what He wants to do in and through us. In spite of all the trials and testings that we go through which are many God has purposed and decreed what He’s going to do through each of us.. ‘Accepting The Role.’

Trained For The Role

.. This will only be accomplished if we remain faithful to the end. We know that the next great event for the Church is the rapture – the snatching away. God has ordained from the foundation of the world a remnant who should experience this – who have been called.. trained to fulfil this role. The problem is we have some Christians who don’t like the training, they fight against it. But we have to remember Jesus was being trained – ‘ for this cause came I unto this hour.. ‘ – to accomplish and fulfil God’s role at Calvary.. to redeem and reconcile a remnant.

My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. James 1:2-4

Trials And Tests Reveal Our Roles

He knew what His role was, and you brothers and sisters should know what your role is. It comes by revelation and you know the Spirits preparation in what He’s doing in your life. That’s why I rest in this. He was not saved from the hour but out of the hour. And that is what God does with us. He’ll save us and preserve us out of the the trials and testings. We’re told to count it all joy when we go through much trial and tribulation. Our Lord we’re told was a man acquainted with grief.. acquainted with sorrows..

He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Isaiah 53:3
And the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows; Exodus 3:7
God meets us in the fires
For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow. Ecclesiastes 1:18
Allow the Spirit to take you through - a lamb to the slaughter
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light; Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. 1Peter 2:9,10
Sorrow removes shallowness
And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. Revelation 1:6
