And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed. Deuteronomy 31:8
Joshua 1:9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
..You may feel nothing when you settle on the Word of God. Very often I don’t, but I know it is what God has said not what man tries to say and there’s the difference.. Because this is all about God’s presence being with you. And all the while we are gripped and held in the flesh you will never experience God’s presence with you. This is why He teaches us discipleship, this is why we’re to take up our cross daily and follow Him. He’s teaching us to walk by faith and not by sight. ‘ It Will Pass. ‘
The Trickery Of The Devil
And yet the tragedy with some – and you’ve even got it in the House of God – they still want the old ways. They want faith but they still want to trust in the world as well and it just doesn’t work.. like fire and water. They want it but God says ‘ it will pass ‘ and it’s going to pass away What a price they are paying for something that is momentary! That is the Devil’s lie, his trickery. He wants us to be held in unbelief. That is what he’s fighting for – I know he’s fighting that in FGA. It’s going to pass away brothers and sisters but the Word of God will never pass away.
Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. Matthew 24:35
And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. John 2:17
All of these things – whatever you are blessed with – it’s all going to pass away, trust me. But these promises that we stand on and the very presence of God that is with us leading and guiding us – that will never pass away. We must not listen to the enemy any longer – his lies because he wants to keep us gripped in our feelings and emotions.
Gripped By Emotion
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 2Timothy 3:1-4..
..If you live in emotion you will never know and experience God’s leading…
‘ I Am With You ‘
And we will begin to see faith working.. answers to our prayers. We will see these greater works that Jesus spoke of and we will walk like Jesus walked. He knew He was one with His Father and nothing could separate Him from the love of God. That is what we have to learn brothers and sisters – ‘ nothing will separate me from the love of God.. .. ..
