But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. ..But God did that, and what was He doing, He was destroying evil. God was seeing evil before Him.. Jesus said it would be like the times of Noah.. He is seeing evil again. And God has this in a balance and in this balance He will never let evil take over. Evil will look as if it has triumphed but it never will. Our heavenly Father will never go against what Jesus the Good Shepherd did at Calvary – He will always honour Jesus triumph over evil. ‘ Forces Of Good And Evil, ‘
Physical And Spiritual Warfare
How about Israel fighting against her enemies – the Canaanites, Philistines and so on? That was evil in those days and God told them to destroy their enemies so that they could enter the Promised Land. It is from this example that we get our spiritual warfare. That was in the physical – they had to destroy the enemy, so now – in the spiritual – we have to destroy our enemies through spiritual warfare because there is a land to claim.
Possessing The Land Spiritually
Did you know that through your prayers your intercessions you are possessing the land spritually? You are possessing your loved ones, your family, your children, that is what is happening. We possess the land as we press in in the Spirit in spiritual warfare.. We are triumphing over evil. I wish to God more saints would see this but they’ve lost sight of The Holy Spirit.. the Baptism in The Holy Spirit, that’s the problem. Once you get baptised in The Holy Spirit He doesn’t let you forget..
Triumph Over Evil
..He keeps you active, He keeps you trained as a soldier, that’s what the Baptism is about. And then Israel rejecting her Messiah who was to triumph over evil. They were so confused they couldn’t discern who He was and they put Him to the cross. Again it looked as though evil had triumphed, but God had a greater plan behind it all and raised Him from the dead.. ..
And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God's sake, Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting. Luke 18:29-30s
