The Missing Link

The John Calvin view of salvation (calvinism) emphasised sovereign grace, predestination, election, once saved always saved.

The Jacob Arminius (arminianism) view focused on human freewill, responsibility, falling from grace, holiness.

A balanced bible perspective provides the missing link which is ‘the crucified life of the disciple’.

Galatians 2:20  I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Biblical salvation is the disciple willing/choosing daily by grace through trial and exposure to yield over the self life to death in order for Christ to live His life through the disciple by the grace flow of the Holy Spirit within.
