Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Galatians 5:1
Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. I receive not honour from men. But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you. I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only? John 5:39-45
What I Am Saying or What Father Is Saying?
.. He knew what His Father was saying and therefore He never got into arguments with them. And we do it, we get into these arguments – these political arguments and whatever it is because we want our opinions to be made known – and try to make it spiritual. No, you don’t have opinions when you become a disciple of Christ. That’s the whole point – we are set free by the liberty of Christ. That liberty is dealing with our conscience our heart.. motives.. attitudes.. opinions. That is what He’s come to do – it’s nailed to the cross. Why am I stressing this so much? So that you begin to see and understand what your Father is saying to you.
If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. John 8:36
Know Nothing Unless It’s Revealed
Christ did only that which was revealed and you walk and do the same.. This is why the enemy tries to hold us in bondage. But praise God the Spirit of God is setting the sons free. He’s working this great deliverance in our mind our thinking where we think ‘ everyone had got to think and believe like I believe. ‘ Yet God says you know nothing unless it’s revealed to you by the Spirit. Well there we are brothers and sisters we are free by the liberty of Christ. Walk in that freedom, let the Spirit continue to heal and deliver you so that you speak and say and do only that which is revealed which is the Word of God.
Only The Good News
Do everything with the right heart and motive – that it is pure before God. That is where you’re going to get the worlds attention. That is where those sinners – those in the highways and byeways will begin to respond. But they will never respond to your ideas.. opinions.. beliefs.. politics. They won’t respond to that because they hear that everyday on the news. No, they need to hear the good news of the Gospel that Christ has paid the penalty of our sin.. ..
