Revelation 10:1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
Revelation 10:2 And he had in his hand a little scroll open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,
Revelation 10:3 And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.
Jesus The Judge
..The ‘Mighty Angel of Revelation Chapter 10 speaks of Jesus Christ who [previously] opens the seven seals of the book/scroll – [Rev 6:1,3,5,7,9,12; Rev 8:1]. And so the ‘little book/scroll open’ in His hand [Rev 10:2] is the book/scroll spoken of in Revelation 5:1 onwards. His breaking the seventh seal [Rev 8:1] then sets in motion six of the seven trumpet judgements [Rev 8:2;8:6-9:21] on the earth. It’s at this point that the ‘Mighty Angel’ comes down out of heaven with the ‘little book open’. ‘We Mustn’t Forget That These Are The Times Of Restoration. ‘
And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. Revelation 19:15
The Earth Repossessed By Jesus
This book is the title deeds to the earth – the earth is His possession.. usurped by the Devil himself – Satan. We see Christ stand on the land and sea taking legal repossession of the earth. No one but Jesus Christ has the right to do this because He’s overcome death – raised in a glorified body. He is the one now who sits at the right hand of the Father. There is no one else that has that authority – Christ alone has authority to open this book which contains the title deeds to this earth.
..Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?.. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. Rev 5:2,5
But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. Revelation 10:7
And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Acts 3:20
Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. Acts 3:21
Man’s Dominion On Earth Restored
Here we see Christ taking those deeds away from Satan who stole them from Adam and Eve. What was the tragedy – Adam betrayed that trust that God had given him. Instead he obeyed Satan in the Garden of Eden. He legally transferred this lease to Satan. Jesus in heaven comes out – that ‘Mighty Angel’ which is the Lord Himself. His feet stand on the earth to take those deeds from Satan Himself in order to hand them back to man. ( When it speaks of His feet standing on the sea and the land it means the whole world because the whole world consists of land and sea. )
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. Genesis 1:26
Millennial Ministry Of Restoration.
So you see quite clearly brothers and sisters that the world was never created for the enemy. It was created for man to have dominion over. And that is why I hold so strongly to Restoration. You are part of this Restoration being set in motion. What remnant that is left on the earth when the Lord Jesus comes – your ministries will also be to restore man back to worshipping God – to a knowledge and understanding that God has given man dominion upon the earth – it is his responsiblity.
Daniel 7:27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.
And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. Joel 2:25
The Church – Preparation For Restoration
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: Joel 2:28
And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. Joel 2:29
When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? Acts 1:6
And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power. Acts 1:7
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Acts 1:8
For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Romans 8:18
For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. Romans 8:19
That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, Ephesians 5:26
That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. Ephesians 5:27
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; Ephesians 4:11
For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Ephesians 4:12
Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: Ephesians 4:13
That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; Ephesians 4:14
But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: Ephesians 4:15
