By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God. And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed. And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them. And, behold, men brought in a bed a man which was taken with a palsy: and they sought means to bring him in, and to lay him before him. And when they could not find by what way they might bring him in because of the multitude, they went upon the housetop, and let him down through the tiling with his couch into the midst before Jesus. Faith Knows What To Do
..They were not relying on their eyesight because their eyesight was saying ‘ we can’t get this man into Jesus – there’s too many people. There’s no way we can push through the crowd. ‘ But faith knew what to do and they said ‘ let’s dismantle the roof and lower him. ‘ Completely against logic.. feeling – what you see.. touch.. what you smell and everything which so often we’re bound by with our faith. No, faith knows what to do and it comes by hearing The Word of God. And that is the principle that we walk by – that God expects us to walk by. What Are You Seeing ?..
..Are you seeing those mountains – that it’s all impossible? Are you seeing the symptoms in your life? ..Trapped by your emotions feelings depression? Well I’ve got good news for you, keep listening, keep hearing this Word. God is going to quicken your faith so that you can start to pray the prayers of faith..
For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. Mark 11:23-24
Hardwired To The Word
..You have to see through the eyes of faith. You will not see anything of God or what God can do if you are trying to.. work it out or rely on your feelings. It will never ever happen. That’s why I read to you about Abraham (above) who walked by faith. That is how we are to walk. Faith must see before manifestation. You have to ask [examine] yourself before you start praying when you come into the Lord’s presence. Don’t start believing confessing unless you are seeing and you know by faith that these promises that you read in The Word of God have become part of your life – your confession. It ain’t going to work otherwise, trust me.. .. ..
